• All merchandise on this site is also available to customers in our retail store. Merchandise is marked sold on the website pages within 24 hours after being sold.

• Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We take pride in our honest, detailed descriptions of each item. The overall condition is listed in each description using the "C Scale" - a scale from one to ten, with C10 being perfect, mint condition.
• If you have further questions about an item please call 202-244-8516 or email us. We will be happy to supply additional photos upon request.
• Clocks, appliances and other electronics described in their current state (working, running, etc.). Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the longevity of these items. Lighting is checked and rewired if necessary.

• Call 202-244-8516 during store hours to purchase by Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
• We also accept payments through PayPal.
• All sales are final.

• WE SHIP TO U.S. ADDRESSES ONLY.
• Shipping charges vary widely based on the size and weight of the item. Some items may be dissembled for lower shipping charges. We use UPS, Oversize UPS and Craters & Freighters - we will use other delivery methods upon request.
• Items are shipped within 72 hours after item has been purchased. Tracking numbers will be provided via email or phone.
• When requesting a shipping estimate, please include the COMPLETE delivery address with zip code.
• Upon request, we will hold the item for you from the time that we receive your request for a shipping estimate, until 24 hours from the time the estimate is sent to you.
